Intellectual Property:

All content and intellectual property provided by Biz Com Network belong to us or our licensors. Clients may only use these materials as outlined in their agreements. Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is strictly prohibited.  

Confidentiality:

We may access client’s confidential information during service provision and agree to maintain its confidentiality. Clients must also protect any proprietary information shared by us.  

Payments:

Clients are obligated to pay for services rendered as per their agreement or invoice. Payments must be made within the specified timeframe, with non-compliance leading to service suspension or termination. All fees are non-refundable unless mutually agreed upon.  

Termination:

Either party may terminate the agreement with written notice for material breaches. Upon termination, clients must settle any outstanding fees for services rendered.  

Limitation of Liability:

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from service use. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid by the client for services rendered in the preceding six months.

Governing Law:

These terms are governed by the laws of Indore, with disputes resolved exclusively by Indore courts.  

Amendments:
